- OPEN → INVESTIGATING: acknowledged within 1 business day.
- INVESTIGATING → RESOLVED: evidence pack assembled + outcome communicated within 5 business days.
- If UPHELD: an ADJUSTMENT ledger entry is created and rolled into the next payout batch automatically.
- If REJECTED: member is shown the chain evidence (referral signature, witness sigs, Merkle path) that proves the original entry is correct.
